The One-Day Cancellation Policy and the Payment Terms are exclusive to direct bookings with Silo Motor Inn.
Please note that separate terms may apply to large-scale, long-term, or peak-season reservations.
Where there is any discrepancy, the specific terms and conditions contained in your Booking Confirmation or Accommodation Agreement shall take precedence over the general terms listed on this website.

 One-Day Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge until 12:00PM (AEST) one day before arrival.
Failure to cancel by this time will result in a charge for the scheduled first night’s stay.

 Payment Term
Full payment is due at 12:00PM (AEST) one day before arrival. 
All room bookings must be secured with a valid credit card or a prepaid deposit. Silo Motor Inn reserves the right to charge the total reservation amount to the provided card at any time after the free cancellation deadline. This card may also be used to cover any additional costs incurred during the stay, including but not limited to breakages, property damage, or specialist cleaning charges beyond standard levels.
If the provided card is invalid or the payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without further notice. For all guests, full payment must be settled upon check-in before room keys are issued.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that a 3.00% surcharge applies to American Express, a 1.85% surcharge applies to Mastercard & Visa.
Overdue Accounts: All invoices remaining unpaid for more than 7 days beyond the due date will incur a 15% late payment fee, unless a prior written arrangement has been made with management.

Guest Comfort & Quiet Hours
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to refrain from holding parties or large gatherings. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times; televisions, music, and voices should be kept at a respectful volume.
Excessive noise may result in being asked to leave the Motor Inn without a refund. To maintain a peaceful environment, we request that all unregistered  visitors depart by 9:00 pm.
Please be mindful of your fellow guests and our neighbours throughout your stay. As disturbing others is strictly prohibited, we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for all.

– Breakages, Damage, Theft and Loss
Guests are held responsible for any damage, breakage, theft, or loss occurring during their stay. The Owners and Management accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
You are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents by yourself or your invitees.
Please note that additional cleaning or replacement charges will apply for any stained or damaged linens. We appreciate your care in maintaining the room’s condition.

– Smoking Policy
A strictly non-smoking policy applies inside all guest rooms. For your convenience, ashtrays are provided in the outdoor areas.
To ensure the comfort of future guests, smoking inside the room will incur a $200 professional cleaning fee, which will be charged even after departure. If smoking outdoors, please keep your room door closed to prevent smoke from drifting inside.

– No Pets Policy
Due to strict health and safety regulations, pets are not permitted inside any guest rooms or dining areas of the Motel.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, a $200 penalty fee will apply if this policy is not observed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

– Key Return
Please ensure the air conditioning and lights are switched off, windows are closed, and the door is locked whenever you head out. If you’ll be away from your room for more than an hour, we kindly ask that you do the same.
Upon check-out, please return your room key. For early departures, a secure key drop box is located by the reception door (monitored by CCTV). To avoid any confusion, please do not leave the key inside the room. Please note that a $185 replacement fee applies for any unreturned keys.

– Strictly Prohibited
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any behaviour that compromises the safety or peace of our Motel. Under no circumstances do we allow:

  • Illegal drug use or excessive alcohol consumption.
  • Violence or abuse towards staff or other guests.
  • Smoking in rooms (ashtrays are provided outdoors).
  • Unregistered guests staying overnight.
  • Unregistered vehicles parked on the premises.
  • Undue noise or antisocial behaviour.

Management reserves the right to terminate your stay immediately for any breaches of the above.
