Cancellation Policy
– Booking cancellation policy
— Only applies to direct bookings with Silo Motor Inn. Doesn’t apply to business group bookings if the business customers and Silo Motor Inn have reached agreements for accommodation.
1. This section applies to 1- 3 (inclusive) rooms cancellations:
Travellers who cancel rooms no less than 3 weekdays (excluding public holidays) before 12:00 PM AEST on the check-in date or the rescheduled early departure date are charged no fee.
After free cancellation period ends (including no-shows), travellers will be charged the full amount of the cancelled booking for the first three nights (If no more than 3 nights are cancelled, the full amount of the cancelled booking will be charged);
2. This section applies to 4 – 5 (inclusive) rooms cancellations:
Travellers who cancel rooms no less than 5 weekdays (excluding public holidays) before 12:00 PM AEST on the check-in date or the rescheduled early departure date are charged no fee.
After free cancellation period ends (including no-shows), travellers will be charged the full amount of the cancelled booking for the first three nights (If no more than 3 nights are cancelled, the full amount of the cancelled booking will be charged);
3. This section applies to 6 – 10 (inclusive) rooms cancellations:
Travellers who cancel rooms no less than 10 weekdays (excluding public holidays) before 12:00 PM AEST on the check-in date or the rescheduled early departure date are charged no fee.
After free cancellation period ends (including no-shows), travellers will be charged the full amount of the cancelled booking for the first three nights (If no more than 3 nights are cancelled, the full amount of the cancelled booking will be charged);
4. This section applies to 11 or more rooms cancellations:
Travellers who cancel rooms no less than 30 days before 12:00 PM AEST on the check-in date or the rescheduled early departure date are charged no fee.
After free cancellation period ends (including no-shows), travellers will be charged the full amount of the cancelled booking for the first three nights (If no more than 3 nights are cancelled, the full amount of the cancelled booking will be charged);
5. After free cancellation period ends, travellers who cancel rooms will be charged no fee if they are affected by Force Majeure;
6. Travellers have the rights to request free-of-charge cancellations as mentioned above. Accordingly, Silo Motor Inn keeps the same rights and assumes equivalent responsibilities and obligations;
7. Force Majeure Events
Force Majeure Events shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, our (Silo Motor Inn) supply chain disruptions, labour shortage / disputes, and any other event that is unforeseeable and beyond the control of the travellers / us (Silo Motor Inn).
